Still in school?, here are 8 pieces of advice that will blow your mind

Still in school?, here are 8 things you should know!
Enrolling in school in the first place, is a great idea, you’ve decided well, hope you were not pushed, even if you were, Congrats!. It is presumed that you’ve already defined your purpose. In the light of this, here are 8 necessary things you should note.
·       1  Your health is at stake: This sounds like a threat, yes, it is. Consider your health, protect it. Your health is to you  what gasoline is to a vehicle. It is what will keep you running throughout your stay in school and beyond.  Remember your health is your biggest asset in this world, your health is a priceless capital. Your health is your life. It is the principal thing. And it is a major determinant of ‘’ how far’’ you can go with whatever you are doing. Guard it. Get  some important health tips here.
·       2.  Plan ahead: Don’t wait, do not wait till graduation before you start to plan, that might-might not work out straight. You live in a dicey world. Set your life on course while in school. Think above the lame idea of “face your book’’ thingy, you are in school to be educated and not ‘’face any book’’. Do not see yourself as a perpetual student  because that will tempt you to only think on ‘’textbooks, ‘readtextbook’, tests, exams and exam results''. Friend, you were not born into this world to be going to school all your life rather see yourself as a FREE student  who is worth more than just going to school and as  an elite that has a significant place in the society to occupy. That will help you to plan ahead. Note, the ‘’plan’’ referred to here is NOT just a mere fantasy or hypothetical fantasizing, it’s different from that, it is real, actual plan. see the next item.
·         3.Look at this statistics: Greater percent of higher level education undergraduate (students) falls  between the age range of 15 and 25 according to findings so this means that if for instance you are 15 years of age at admission and doing a 4 year minimum first degree course, normally, you will be 20 at graduation, if a 5 year course, you will be 21, if it is 6 years course, you will be 22 years of age ceteri paribus. If you are in between 16, 17, 18, 19, 20,21,22,23,24 and 25 at admission, on a  4 year course, your age will be 22, 23, 24, 25, 26,27,28,29,30 and 31 at graduation. on a 5 and 6 year course, your age will be in between 23, 24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31 for a 5 year course and 32, 24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32 and 33 for a 6 year course respectively etc. This statistics shows that you must have spent  or will be spending 4, 5, 6 and sometimes 7 of your precious years with books ( just stuffing the head) and you’ll be graduating no longer juvenile but as an adult. Oh dear, this is not cheap. Think about this.
·        4.  Be versatile: Do not be stereotypical, be dynamic, you are in school to broaden your mind. Do not allow the dumb idea of ‘’face your book” crab block your horizons, open your mind, you are in school to become useful first to yourself before any other beneficiary so the idea of someone advising you to‘’ face one old book’’ that was theorized by some guy for the whole 3, 4, 5,6 or 7 years that you’d spend in school (depending on the course) is totally out of place. So I’d rather you go ahead, try other things, experiment, do not be limited by any course you study_ medicine, nursing, law, Agric, any course.  It might turn out that you don’t even practice those courses. It happens, atleast you’ve heard similar case/s like that before, So irrespective of the course you study, think entrepreneurship. It wouldn’t be bad if you ‘’start out’’ right from school. I mean you won’t be to too young if you are a millionaire before age 30 ofcourse you will not be the first but you can be the next. Now, And please get me right, its profitable to read and study but it is headless to face any dry book and forget your life after college.
·        5 You are running multiple risks: Notorious among such risks are excessive stresses majorly due to work load, tests and project deadlines, exams etc, you are more exposed to eating snacks frequently. This is dangerous. The habit/s you build in college most likely remains with you for life. Or leaves a permanent mark in your life. For example, sleeping less or late aggression, drinking, drugs, smoking, avoiding sleep , eating junk foods, sugar addiction, non exercising, indiscriminate use of head phones  etc(which are very common on campus)   are some of the habits built in school which are prone to exposing the ‘doer’ to certain  accruable health challenges and or consequences in the future. These habits are at doers’ discretion however, they can be controlled. Wisdom is profitable to direct as they say.
·        Form or join a network:  School provides a suitable platform for socializing and meeting new people and to interact every day. it is a golden opportunity to do that, grab it with both hands.  You just might be in the same school or In the same class, offering the same course/s with the person you will need most in your life if not now, later. Now that you are there, how about seize that chance, Create long term friendships and relationships?, lay that foundation while in college. Do not shy away, do not think the “ I can and  can alone” way. Life, success and business thrive best on network/ing.
·         7. There are things you’ll never (never)  be taught in school: It is assumed that (since) you are an adult, and in school to that level, you (should) know them. They are left for you to experience them yourself. For example, you may be taught about love but not ‘’how to fall in love’’, its left for you to fall in love to experience love, you’ll never be taught how to fail, you’ ll only be taught how to succeed  but ofcourse (you know) failure is a big part of success and life itself etc.
·         8 Most students often graduate with ‘’ half life’’: They don’t enjoy a full life after graduation. This is majorly due to the previous life style of the student on campus.
·         Remember your life is at a “preamble” phase while in school, the REAL life begins after college.
