Every one would like to start a business but not everyone has all it takes to start a business, there are a lot of challenges to it so what are the biggest challenges to starting a business to you( if you are one of those affected)?
  1. Shortage of capital and cash flow: There is no capital or there is no "enough" money to start the kind of business you would like to start.
  2. Having a good business plan.: You are still yet to come out with a "perfect" business plan.
  3. Coming up with a great product or service: You are not a producer, you don't even have an idea about production or producing, you didn't even study that in school, worst still , you still haven't figured out the kind of service you would want to render.
  4. Sticking to it: You think you have a problem with sticking with a particular thing for long. That's just not you.
  5. Working more than you expected: No body wants to over labour and that's what you are always afraid of.
  6. Getting through the frustrations of being constantly rejected by customers: Customers can be tacky sometimes so you just aren't ready fr all those stuff
  7. Hiring good employees: Starting a company requires hiring employees and you feel you don't have that capacity maybe yet.
  8. Knowing when to fire bad employees:Maybe since you didn't study business admin in college, it might be a bit of a challenge to know when to take necessary firing decision when necessary.
  9. Having to become a Jack: Fear of having to so many things at the same time as business owner
  10. Managing your time: You always feel that you might not have enough time to yourself when you start a business.Or maybe you even feel it is not yet the "right" time for starting a business.
  11. Maintaining some kind of work/life balance: You dread the dilemma of having to maintain balance between worklife and other life
  12. Fierce competition: You are one that is afraid of competition, you feel you can't make a mark in an ocean of other business.
