Alen's Bakery delivers locally to the Fresno area but his website reports that they are "working on delivering nationwide.". Unlike every average child Jalen Bailey has decided to add extra stride to his feats as a kid apart from the regular after school activities- "finding his black goat while it is day". Jalen loves baking, so he has decided to turn his passion into a bill-paying adventure. Jale wants to make his single mom proud "I wanted to save up a lot of money to get a house. I just want one that me and my mom can be happy in." Jalen said in an interview (with ABC 30).
Jalen makes his cookies with assorted type of flavours. Available (and also order-able online on
his website) are oatmeal raisin cookies, peanut butter cookies, white and chocolate
chip cookies and chocolate chip cookies, as well
as heart-shaped chocolate cupcakes and banana bread. We guess his mom is already proud of her son.
