#WiT: 64,575 words and 45 complete verses removed from the Bible!

The New international Version (NIV)  and English Standard Version  (ESV)Bibles has been edited!. Following the editing, 64,575 words and 45 complete verses has  now been  omitted and removed from the Bible.
Words like 'Jehovah, Calvary, Holy Ghost, omnipotent etc has been polished off. Although this changes can only affect mobile phone Bible applications as the hard copy Bible can not easily be tampered with. The alterations happen when you download the Bible application or try to update the earlier versions on your device. Consequently, the books of Matthew 17:21, 18:11, 23:14;
Mark 7:16, 9:44, 9:46;
Luke 17:36, 23:17;
John 5:4 and Acts 8:37. are no longer available in the new versions of the NIV and ESV Bible applications.

This development reportedly came as a result of transfer or ownership of the NIV from the original  publisher Zondervan to a new owner -Harper Collins (Harper Collins also publishes the Satanic Bible and The Joy of Gay Sex.)
