Mavrodi Mundial Movement.
There was this so called MMM (ponzi) scheme way back before now and it seemed not a handful of people even knew about nor had  interest in it. The sudden soaring interest in MMM in Nigeria took Nigeria by storm shortly after President Buhari took over power. In my opinion, Buhari is the cause.__ he alleges. As if things were not tough enough under the previous administration of the former president, things became tougher, salaries no longer seem to foot bills any longer as the price of things in the market have since become 2X of what it used to be. Business is not moving in the pace it used to. And this even sound like a goodnews in the ear of those who are working at least. Left for the unemployed ones affected by the ever increasing rate of unemployment, their case became more critical than ever as the economic condition in the country keeps singing hopeless tunes to them. But as the true Nigerians that they are, they wouldn't just sit by and be watching, those who felt like traveling out via Lybian routes did and are still doing ( and a good number of them perish at the Lybian peninsula and in the Mediterranean sea) all in the name of searching for greener pastures abroad although wouldn't even afford regular flight tickets but must travel anyway). The remaining populace have continued to scamper for survival and this high quest for daily survival have seen Nigerians involved in all manner of survival schemes. And one of such survival schemes among others is MMM. MMM is an online money 'doubling' scheme which tops 30% interest in your money in return with your invested amount when you "provide" help to others within 30 days . And you can also "receive" help as a participant. Although the scheme have been rumored to have crashed in other countries but Nigerians seems adamant about it and they still hold onto it with both hands despite the crash threats and warnings from high places like the CBN, the National Assembly and other institutions and NGOs as they express doubts as to how genuine the scheme is. Actually, many Nigerians seem to have found solace in MMM with the continued increase in participation. More people are instead joining everyday. The ponzi has invaded churches seeing pastors, choristers, ushers joining MMM, it has taken over the banking industries, more bank managers and staff  are now MMM participants than ever. So far MMM in Nigeria is paying and has eaten deep into the minds of Nigerians to the extent that it is now going round in jokes that if MMM crashes in Nigeria, the official census for mad people in Nigeria will be more than doubled. OK. Just a quick few questions for you. Is President Buhari the cause of the soaring interest and participation in MMM in Nigeria?. Are you not an MMM participant?, if not, why?, if yes, how far already?.
